REFUND POLICY

To reserve a hunt date, you must call (307) 883-3186 and a tentative date must be agreed upon with the hunter(s) and Bear Basin Outfitters.

Bear Basin Outfitters then requires a $500 (five hundred dollars) deposit per hunter to begin the process of reserving hunting dates. We will NOT consider your hunt dates confirmed until we receive your $500 deposit, even though we may have discussed tentatively available dates.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WHO DRAW A HUNTING LICENSE:

Once you have drawn your tag(s), Bear Basin Outfitters will contact you and confirm your exact hunt dates and at that time require an additional $1000 (one thousand dollars) to complete your deposit. Once you have paid your deposit in full and have been given hunting dates, there will be no deposit refunded as we cannot refill the space. The balance of the cost of your hunt will be due in full by August 15th.

UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT DRAW A HUNTING LICENSE:

If you do not draw a tag, your $500 deposit will be refunded with-in 60 days or you may choose to have it roll over for the following year.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:

Should you have a medical emergency preventing you from being able to hunt and you can present Bear Basin Outfitters with an "official notification" letter from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department stating that your unused tag may be used to hunt the following year, your deposit will then be applied to a hunt for the following year with Bear Basin Outfitters.

MILITARY DEPLOYMENT:

As we support our U.S. Troops, any active duty military member who can not make their trip due to military deployment, shall receive a %100.00 refund of their deposit from Bear Basin Outfitters. In addition we will prioritize re-booking of a trip for those individuals who wish to hunt with us the following year.
