All hunts are either a (5) day trip or a (7) day trip. Included in this time is the travel into and out of camp.

*Exception are Big Horn Sheep hunts that are nine (9) days, “working man’s special antelope hunts are (2) days.

Hunt cost does NOT include cost of license and permits, meat processing, shipping of meat, taxidermy work or shipping of taxidermy work. You will receive a 10% discount for taxidermy work contracted with Hunter’s Taxidermy Shop in Alpine, Wyoming if you hunt with BBO.   

Transportation from the airport to camp will be provided if you fly into the Jackson Hole Wyoming International Airport or the Idaho Falls Idaho International Airport. Please specify which airport you will be flying into at the time of booking so arrangements can be made to meet you. Additionally, if you plan to drive your own vehicle to Wyoming, please specify arrival date when booking.

You are encouraged but not required to arrive one day early before your scheduled hunt dates to help acclimate to our elevation and to purchase any last minute items you may need. Your hotel expense for this day is not included in cost of the hunt. We will put you up in the Bondurant Wyoming lodge if there is space available for the cost of $200 per night if you choose to arrive early to acclimate. This will include three meals for that day, but no hunting.

WILDERNESS CAMP HUNTS (Bear Creek Camp)
All Elk, Deer, Moose, Black Bear and Sheep hunts that take place in our Bear Creek Wilderness camp include three meals per day and lodging in our wilderness camp.

DAY-USE LODGE HUNTS (Bondurant, Wyoming Lodge and cabin)
All day-use hunts for Elk, Deer, Moose, Antelope, Mountain Lion and Spring Black Bear include lodging at our lodge and cabin. Brown bag style lunches are provided daily. Breakfast and dinner are hot meals prepared by our camp cooks in the lodge.

COMBINATION WILDERNESS AND LODGE HUNTS
*All hunts will be automatically booked as a combination wilderness camp/ lodge hunt. This means you will stay a couple of days in the high country wilderness camp and the remaining days in our hunting lodge. This allows for the best of both worlds, hunting the high country and the mid-level regions of the hunt units. It also allows for hunters to recharge their batteries by having a hot shower and a “real” bed for a couple of days. Hunting in Wyoming can be physically demanding and we have found this to be the best scenario for most hunters to enjoy their hunt. You may however book an entire week at either the wilderness camp or the full-service lodge upon request and based upon availability of guides and cooks for the wilderness camp.

TIPS AND GRATUITIES
All of our hunting guides, cooks and wranglers will work hard to ensure that your hunting experience with BBO is a pleasurable one. It is greatly appreciated by our staff when you recognize their efforts by tipping them for their work. Guides, cooks and wranglers are paid at a very minimal rate to keep your costs low. They make the bulk of their living from the tips you provide them, though it is never required, it is customary to tip all those involved in providing services to you, whether successful in harvesting an animal or not. However, no tip amount is ever a requirement with BBO.

For those unfamiliar with what amount is customary to tip in the hunting industry, the following rates can be applied as a general guideline and reference: $75 per day minimum for guides, $30 per day minimum for cooks and $20 per day minimum for wranglers.
